Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I grew up just 5 miles south of Delano. In high school, I was a three sport athlete: football, wrestling, and baseball. After high school, I continued playing summer softball, town team baseball and a year of college football. I have always had a passion for competitive sports. CrossFit has allowed me to continue to compete and better myself. Plus, you get to meet some cool people along the way.

Why did you become a trainer?

I wanted to continue educating myself as well as help myself and others reach their fitness goals.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

I do not have a “favorite” but what I dislike the least is probably squats or thrusters/wall ball.

What is your favorite cheat food?

Pizza

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Superman…. Although my wife is a close second! Anyone that can handle twins is a superhero in my book!
