What year did you start CrossFitting?
January of 2014

Why did you become a trainer?
After spending 7+ years of being sedentary, I needed to become active! I played high level collegiate football and spent the summer with the Cincinnati Bengals, so was I used to working out with others, in a structured format, while also having fun. CrossFit provided me with what other fitness programs didn’t – a varied approach with real results.

Once I started Crossfit I was addicted and wanted to learn more about Crossfit and the only way was to get certified. This eventually led me down the road to becoming a trainer and helping others, in particular youth.

BBQ

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Spiderman...he's smart, strong, and bendy.
