What year did you start CrossFitting?

2006

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I started CrossFit for my taekwondo training, our coach had just gotten certified and wanted our competition team to start to help cross train.

Why did you become a trainer?

I’ve always liked CrossFit and kettlebells and as I did them more and more I wanted to learn more and more about them. Eventually, I started teaching my own classes and like teaching just as much as doing it.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

pull ups

What is your favorite cheat food?

Cinnabon

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

If I had to pick a favorite superhero it would have to be Batman, because he doesn’t have any super powers and is just a person.
