Monica is a committed 2 day per week “kettlebeller” She has accomplished several of her goals and has her sights set on even more. She has seen body composition changes using our InBody 570. Watch her video to get to know a little bit more about her.

Nic is a mother of two and works out with us 4-6 times per week. She is all over the leader board in the gym, yet is one of the most humble people in the gym. It’s been fun to see her develop new skills and see her growth!
