Give your body a new way to train with our Kettlebell Bootcamp Fitness Classes. Designed around – you guessed it – the kettlebell, these classes are dynamic and high energy, pushing you to melt away calories as you build muscle and tone your entire body.

Our Kettlebell Bootcamp Fitness classes are 45 minutes long and include a well-rounded lineup of exercises, including:

  1. Body weight movements
  2. Suspension training

  5. And of course, a wide-range of strength building movements using the kettlebell!

Master Travis Wissbroecker has a deep passion for taekwondo and believes everyone has something positive they can learn from taking martial arts. He loves instructing students of all ages and really enjoys watching students grow in strength physically, while gaining confidence and empowerment.
